Examples of Final Rent Payment in a sentence
On the earlier to occur of the Scheduled Lease Termination Date or the Option Date, Lessee shall pay to the Lessor the Final Rent Payment or, if the Company has elected to purchase the Facility, the Purchase Price.
The Final Rent Payment shall mean the sum of the Property Account as of the Year 10 Expiration Date plus 10% of the Original Purchase Price.
