Limited Liability Trustee definition

Limited Liability Trustee has the meaning set out in clause 17.2(c);
Limited Liability Trustee means, in relation to a trust, a trustee that does not have any interest or right in relation to the assets of the trust (including as a beneficiary) other than as a trustee of the trust.
Limited Liability Trustee is a person who is so described in this Agreement, or who we otherwise agree in writing is to be a Limited Liability Trustee.
