Examples of Limited License Period in a sentence

  • During the Limited License Period, Purchaser shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates not to, (i) take any action that will reasonably be expected to prejudice the distinctiveness or validity of, or otherwise adversely affect, disparage, dilute or invalidate the Licensed Names or the NDCs or (ii) adopt or use any other Trademark which may be substantially identical, deceptively similar or confusingly similar to the Licensed Names.

  • Limited license means a license that:
