Limited Network definition

Limited Network means the establishments selected under Article 2.4.

  • After that time, the Member must return to Keystone's Limited Network Area or be disenrolled automatically from the Plan, unless the Member is enrolled as a Guest Member under the Guest Membership Program (see below).

  • Follow-Up Care must be pre-arranged and Preauthorized by the Member's Primary Care Physician in Keystone's Limited Network Area prior to leaving Keystone's Limited Network Area.

  • Members will have a PCP both at the guest HMO and in Keystone’s Limited Network Area.

Related to Limited Network

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;
