Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account definition

Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account means the account established for a Participant pursuant to this Plan to which part of his or her Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which all allowable Dental, Vision, and Preventative Care Expenses incurred by a Participant, his or her Spouse or his or her Dependents may be reimbursed. This account is for Participants that are making contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) within the same plan year.
Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account or “Limited Purpose FSA” means an arrangement under which a Participant may set aside money on a Pretax basis via Salary Reduction to pay for eligible dental and vision expenses.
Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account means the account established for Participants pursuant to this Plan to which part of their Cafeteria Plan Benefit Dollars may be allocated and from which all allowable Dental and Vision Expenses ONLY are incurred by a Participant, his or her Spouse and his or her Dependents may be reimbursed.

Examples of Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account in a sentence

  • Each Participant may elect to participate in the Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account option, in which case the Article titled: "Health Flexible Spending Account" shall apply.

  • Contributions or matching contributions made to the Health Flexible Spending Account, Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account, and Dependent Care Spending Account generally do not count toward the annual contribution limit as described in the Section Titled: "Limitation on Allocations".

  • The Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account enables you to pay for expenses allowed under Sections 105 and 213(d) of the Internal Revenue Code which are not covered by our insured medical plan and save taxes at the same time.

  • The Employer may provide non-elective contributions in the form of Employer Funding into the Health Flexible Spending Account, Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account, and Dependent Care Spending Account to the extent as described in the Section Titled: "Limitation on Allocations".

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, a Participant may elect to receive a distribution of certain funds from his or her Health Flexible Spending Account or Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account if the following criteria is met: 1.

  • With regard to the Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account, the Participant may submit claims for expenses that were incurred during the portion of the Plan Year for which payments to the Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account have already been made.

  • As a Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account participant, a Flex Card will be mailed to your home address.

  • Rather than paying out-of-pocket money for qualified expenses and waiting forreimbursement, your Flex Card transfers funds for qualified expenses directly from your available funds in your Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account to the provider.

  • Again, you must first supply your medical insurance EOB showing the minimum deductible has been met before your Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account can be converted to a Post-Deductible Medical FSA.

  • The card is designed for use only at qualified providers or merchants that accept MasterCard and offer eligible goods or services for reimbursement under your Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account.

  • Park model recreational vehicle means a unit that:

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Individual account program means the defined contribution individual account program of

  • educational establishment means any school, college or other educational body designated by the Minister by order either specifically or by reference to a class, for the purposes of this Act;

  • Company-Sponsored Equity Account means an account that is created with the Equity Account Administrator in connection with the administration of the Company’s equity plans and programs, including the Plan.

Educational facility does not include items as books, fuel, supplies, or other items the costs of which are customarily deemed to result in a current operating charge and does not include any facility used or to be used for sectarian instruction or as a place of religious worship, nor a facility which is used or to be used primarily in connection with a part of the program of a school or department of divinity for a religious denomination.

  • Subsidy Account If the Trust Estate contains any Subsidy Loans, the deposit account or accounts created and maintained by the Servicer for deposit of Subsidy Funds and amounts payable under interest subsidy agreements relating to mortgage loans other than the Mortgage Loans.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Continuing education credit or “CE credit” means one continuing education credit as defined in [insert reference in State law or regulations governing producer continuing education course approval].
