Lines of Business of the Company definition

Lines of Business of the Company means any Company-recognized department, division or subdivision of the Company, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, to which Employee was assigned or which Employee supervised (directly or indirectly or in whole or in part) or for which Employee provided services as part of Employee’s employment duties within twenty-four (24) months prior to the cessation Employee’s employment.

  • Employee agrees that during the Restricted Period, and within the Restricted Territory, Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, perform services for a Competing Business which are the same as or substantially similar to the services conducted, authorized, offered, or provided by Employee to any Lines of Business of the Company within twenty-four (24) months prior to cessation of Employee’s employment.

  • Business of the Company means any business with the primary purpose of leasing assets to healthcare operators, or financing the ownership of or financing the operation of skilled nursing facilities, senior housing, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, or other residential healthcare-related real estate.

  • Business of the Employer means the business conducted by the Employer, which is the business of commercial banking.

  • Wireless means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service transmitted over frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum.

  • Subsidiary(ies) means any other corporation, association, joint stock company, business trust, limited liability company, partnership or any other business entity of which more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting stock, share capital, membership, partnership or other interests, as the case may be, is owned either directly or indirectly by any Person or one or more of its Subsidiaries, or the management of which is otherwise controlled, directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, or both, by any Person and/or its Subsidiaries. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary herein or the context otherwise requires, Subsidiary(ies) shall refer to the Subsidiary(ies) of the Borrower.

  • Stations means the Owned Stations and the Contract Stations.

  • Operating Companies means EAI, EMI, ELI and ENOI, each being an "Operating Company".
