Liquidating Trust Administrative Fund means Cash set aside by the Liquidating Trustee to be held and maintained by the Liquidating Trust, in an amount sufficient to fund, and for the purpose of, paying the expenses incurred by the Liquidating Trustee (including fees and expenses for professionals retained by the Liquidating Trust) in connection with the Liquidating Trust and any obligations imposed on the Liquidating Trustee or the Liquidating Trust, including expenses relating to the performance of the Liquidating Trustee’s obligations under the Liquidating Trust Agreement and the Plan (including any taxes imposed on the Liquidating Trust or in respect of the Liquidating Trust Assets). Additional funds may be set aside from the Liquidating Trust Assets for the purposes of increasing the Liquidating Trust Administrative Fund.
