Liquidation Amounts definition

Liquidation Amounts means the aggregate amount of all Fees and Expenses, and Termination Fees, payable or paid to Grantee and its assigns pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Merger Agreement (and not repaid or refunded to the Issuer pursuant to Section 18 or otherwise).
Liquidation Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.4(b).
Liquidation Amounts means amounts actually received by the Company pursuant to the terms of a Purchase Agreement, whether at or prior to a Liquidation, with respect to same, or otherwise.

  • If such Liquidation Distribution can be paid only in part because the Trust has insufficient assets available to pay in full the aggregate Liquidation Distribution, then, subject to the next succeeding sentence, the amounts payable by the Trust on the Trust Securities shall be paid on a pro rata basis (based upon Liquidation Amounts).

  • Liquidation Amount means $1,000 per share of Designated Preferred Stock.
