Liquidation Effective Date definition

Liquidation Effective Date means the first Business Day following the date on which all conditions to consummation set forth in Article VII of the Plan have been satisfied or waived (if capable of being duly and expressly waived), provided that no stay of the Confirmation Order is then in effect.
Liquidation Effective Date means the effective date of the Plan of Liquidation confirmed by a final order in the Bankruptcy Case.
Liquidation Effective Date shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3(b)(ii) hereof.

  • If the Liquidation Effective Date occurs, the Liquidating Trustee shall decide whether or not to pursue the Causes of Action.
