The Special Servicer shall withdraw from each applicable REO Account and remit to the Master Servicer for deposit into the Collection Account on a monthly basis prior to the related Master Servicer Remittance Date the Excess Liquidation Proceeds received or collected from each REO Property during the related Collection Period, along with a notation of the amount of such Excess Liquidation Proceeds in the CREFC® REO Liquidation Report.
Any such Mortgage Loan so purchased shall be purchased by the Master Servicer or the Certificate Insurer as the case may be on a Monthly Remittance Date at a purchase price equal to the Loan Purchase Price thereof, which purchase price shall be deposited in the Collection Account and the Master Servicer shall provide the Certificate Insurer and the Trustee with a Liquidation Report in the form of Exhibit L hereto with respect to each such Mortgage Loan.
Lodging expenses are based on actual rates and must be liquidated with actual receipts using the Travel Liquidation Report.

The Issuer will cause each Monthly Report and Liquidation Report under the Sale and Servicing Agreement to be delivered to the Initial Purchasers, contemporaneously with the delivery thereof to the Trustee.
