Reserve Account: The CBC shall maintain with the CBC Account Bank the Reserve Account towhich the higher of (i) the Reserve Account Required Amount and (ii) the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount will be credited.
The establishment of the Liquidity Reserve will be funded on the Closing Date by the Liquidity Reserve Proceeds advanced under the Subordinated Loan and thereafter up to the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount from Available Revenue Receipts in accordance with the Pre-Acceleration Revenue Priority of Payments on each Interest Payment Date.

During the Revolving Period the Issuer shall apply the proceeds of any further issuance of Notes and/or Available Funds (subject to the Pre-Enforcement Priority of Payments during the Revolving Period) to purchase Additional Participating Assets and/or to fund the Liquidity Reserve up to the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount.
Amounts released from the Liquidity Reserve Ledger from time to time in accordance with any reduction in the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount or otherwise will form part of Available Revenue Funds.Any moneys remaining in the Transaction Account on an Interest Payment Date following the application of the Revenue Priority of Payments may also at the discretion of the Mortgage Manager be credited to the Reserve Ledger.
