Liquidity Reserve Required Amount definition

Liquidity Reserve Required Amount means on any date, such amount as required for registered covered bonds pursuant to the CB Regulations to meet the interest payment obligations under the Covered Bonds for the following six (6) months including higher ranking items in the relevant Priority of Payments and taking into account the expected cashflows, or such other amount as may be required as liquidity pursuant to the CB Regulations.
Liquidity Reserve Required Amount means, as of any Liquidity Reserve Determination Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest scheduled to accrue on the outstanding principal amount of the Series A-1 Equipment Notes during the six month period beginning on (and including) the following Payment Date and ending on (and excluding) the date six months after such Payment Date, calculated in accordance with Section 4(f)(iv) of the Note Purchase Agreement.
Liquidity Reserve Required Amount has the meaning given to such term in Note Purchase Agreement.

  • Reserve Account: The CBC shall maintain with the CBC Account Bank the Reserve Account towhich the higher of (i) the Reserve Account Required Amount and (ii) the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount will be credited.

  • Amounts released from the Liquidity Reserve Ledger from time to time in accordance with any reduction in the Liquidity Reserve Required Amount or otherwise will form part of Available Revenue Funds.Any moneys remaining in the Transaction Account on an Interest Payment Date following the application of the Revenue Priority of Payments may also at the discretion of the Mortgage Manager be credited to the Reserve Ledger.

Liquidity Reserve Required Amount means as at any Payment Date:
Liquidity Reserve Required Amount means, on any Interest Payment Date following a Liquidity Trigger Event, the amount (if any) which is 3% of the aggregate Principal Amount Outstanding of the Notes minus the amount held as a credit balance in the Reserve Fund at such time.

Related to Liquidity Reserve Required Amount

  • Liquidity Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(A)(iii).

  • Required Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the sum of the Class A Required Amount, the Class B Required Amount and the Collateral Senior Required Amount.
