Liquor Licensing Authority means the chief executive of the department that deals with matters arising under the Liquor Act 1992.

Liquor Licensing Authority means any agency, authority, board, bureau, commission, department, office or instrumentality of any nature whatsoever of the United States federal government, any foreign government, any state, province or city or other political subdivision or otherwise, whether now or hereafter in existence, including the Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division and the City of Black Hawk Liquor Licensing Authority and any other applicable liquor licensing regulatory authority with authority to regulate any Liquor Licensed operation (or proposed Liquor Licensed operation) owned, managed or operated by the Company or any of its respective Subsidiaries.
