Listed and labeled definition

Listed and labeled means equipment or materials to which has been attached a label or identifying mark by, and which is included in a list published by, an organization acceptable to the department that is concerned with product evaluation, that main- tains periodic inspections of listed and labeled equipment or mate- rials, and by whose labeling the manufacturer indicates com- pliance with appropriate standards or performance for a specified purpose.
