• The Investment Manager shall vote the Funds proxies in connection with its Listed Assets in accordance with the Funds proxy voting policies which may be amended from time to time by the Board, however, the Investment Manager will not be required to comply with any such amendment until 30 days after it has been communicated to the Investment Manager.

More Definitions of Listed Assets

Listed Assets means those assets of the Company and the Company Subsidiaries identified on Annex A attached hereto.
