Litigation Trust Interests definition

Litigation Trust Interests means the beneficial interests in the Litigation Trust to be created on the Plan Implementation Date.

Litigation Trust Interests means the interests in the Litigation Trust, distributions of which will be made to Holders of Allowed General Unsecured Claims in accordance with Article III.B.4.
