Live Broadcast Contract definition

Live Broadcast Contract means any contract, agreement or other enforceable obligation, whether oral or written, entered into between NASCAR or a NASCAR Rights Affiliate and any other entity or entities, for the license, assignment or other transfer of any Live Broadcast Rights.

  • Client Contract means a futures or option contract between us and you, which is matched by an identical Contract;

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.

  • Air contract service means an air carrier operation available only to customers

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;
