LMI household definition

LMI household means a household with an annual income that is at or below 80% of county median income or 80% of state median income, whichever is greater.
LMI household means a household whose annual income does not exceed 80 percent of the median income for the area as most recently determined by HUD.
LMI household means families and individuals whose Annual Incomes do not exceed eighty percent (80%) of the median family income or such other income limits as determined by HUD.
