LNG Services means the services set out in clause 5.1 and, where used in relation to a Capacity Holder other than the Shipper, substantially similar services under its LNG Services Agreement.

  • Together with the invoice, the utilization rate of the LNG Services and a detailed summary table per performed LNG Service shall be communicated, particularly including the gas allocation and measurement results.

  • During the Contract Term, Shipper may submit requests to subscribe to LNG Services from Terminal Operator in accordance with the LNG Access Code.

  • In relation to any part of the LNG Services that is not made available as a result of a single Force Majeure Event suffered by Terminal Operator, Shipper shall pay fifty (50) per cent of the applicable Capacity Charges for such LNG Services that Terminal Operator is not providing as a result of the Force Majeure Event for the period of three (3) weeks commencing on the date such Force Majeure Event occurs.

Related to LNG Services

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.
