  • If the Entrant or any part of the Entrant’s Load Control System interferes with, or causes damage to, any part of the Incumbent’s Load Control System, the Entrant must, on receiving notice from the Incumbent or on becoming aware of the situation, promptly and at its own cost remove the source of the interference and make good any damage.
