Loan Payoff Notification Report definition

Loan Payoff Notification Report means a report containing substantially the information described in Exhibit E attached hereto, and setting forth for each Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which written notice of anticipated payoff has been received by the Master Servicer as of the related Determination Date preceding the delivery of such report, among other things, the loan number, the property name, the ending scheduled loan balance for the related Collection Period ending on such Determination Date, the expected date of payment, the expected related Distribution Date and the estimated amount of the Prepayment Consideration due (if any).
Loan Payoff Notification Report. A report substantially containing the information described in Exhibit V attached hereto, and setting forth for each Mortgage Loan where notice of anticipated payoff has been received as of the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report, among other things, the control number, the property name, the amount of principal expected to be paid, the expected date of payment and the estimated amount of Yield Maintenance Charge or Prepayment Premium due.

Loan Payoff Notification Report. A report substantially in the form of Exhibit M-7 attached hereto, setting forth, among other things, any Mortgage Loan for which written notice of payoff has been received by the Servicer as of the Determination Date immediately preceding the preparation of such report.
