Local CA definition

Local CA means CA Software Sweden AB, with registered office at Xxx 00000, XX-000 00 Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, the CA entity with which Customer is entering the order form.
Local CA means CA s.r.l., a sole quotaholder company, with registered office in via Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx 3, 20080 Milano Tre, Basiglio (MI), Tax Code, VAT and number of registration with the Companies’ Register of Milan 04200340158, R.E.A. No. 996554, corporate capital € 8.000.000,00, fully paid in, subject to the management and coordination of CA Computer Associates European Holding GmbH, the CA entity with which Customer is entering the order form.
Local CA means CA Belgium BVBA/SPRL, with registered office at Xxxxxxxx Xx Xxxxxxxxx 00, Xxx X0, 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the CA entity with which Customer is entering the order form.

Examples of Local CA in a sentence

  • The parties agree that any Confidential Information (as defined below) that is exchanged will only be used for purposes relating to this Agreement, and that it will be protected in the same manner that Customer, or CA Europe and/or Local CA (as applicable), would protect its own information of a similar nature, but in no less than reasonable means.

  • After initial notification, CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) will keep Customer updated on a regular basis and provide a reasonably detailed incident report which may include the steps taken by CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) to investigate the security breach and potential measures to be taken by the Customer to minimize potential damages.

  • If the Agreement is terminated by CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) in accordance with Section 8.1, the due dates of all invoices to be issued will be accelerated so that such invoices become due and payable on the effective date of termination.

  • Local CA will invoice expenses that are approved by Customer in accordance with the CA expense policy, which may be provided to Customer upon request.

  • Local CA reserves the right to invoice Customer for any use of the SaaS in excess of the Authorized Use Limitation.

  • No additional term or condition contained in Customer’s purchase order or similar document will apply and are expressly rejected by CA Europe and/or Local CA (as applicable).

  • In the event of an uncured material breach by CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable), Customer will be entitled to a refund of any pre-paid unused fees calculated against the remainder of the subscription term as of the effective date of such termination.

  • In the event that CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) has determined that a security breach will or is likely to cause harm to the Customer or an Authorized User, CA Europe or Local CA (as applicable) will provide Customer with notice of the security breach as promptly as practicable but in no event later than five (5) working days.

  • Local Calls for purposes of intercarrier compensation, is traffic where all calls are within the same common local and common mandatory local calling area, i.e., within the same or different SBC Exchange(s) that participate in the same common local mandatory local calling area approved by the applicable state Commission.
