Local Compliance Officer definition

Local Compliance Officer or "LCO" means the applicable designee of the Company's Chief Compliance Officer "CCO".
Local Compliance Officer means any officer appointed by the Company Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with the Code and Procedures by an Adviser or the principal underwriter.
