Local Health District definition

Local Health District means a Local Health District as specified in Schedule 1 of the Health Services Act 1997, and, for the purposes of this Award, will also include the Ambulance Service of NSW as described in section 76A of the said Act and also "Statutory Health Corporations" as specified in Schedule 2 of the said Act.
Local Health District means a city or general health district as created by or under the authority of Chapter 3709 of the Revised Code.
Local Health District means a Local Health District constituted pursuant to section 17 of the Health Services Act 1997, as amended or varied from time to time.

More Definitions of Local Health District

Local Health District means a Local Health District constituted pursuant to section 17 of the Health Services Act 1997.
Local Health District includes Specialist and Additional Networks and means a public health organisation established pursuant to the provisions of the Health Services Act of 1997 including all public hospitals, facilities and other establishments and health services under the control and management thereof.
Local Health District means the Far West Local Health District.
Local Health District means each of the Western NSW Local Health District or the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District and “LHDs” or “Local Health Districts” means both of them.
