Local labor definition

Local labor is defined as those qualified laborers or craftsmen who are residents and domiciliaries of the nine county regions comprised of Jefferson, Orange, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Liberty, Tyler and Xxxxxxxx Counties, as well as the Bolivar Peninsula area of Galveston County. “Local vendors” and “local suppliers” shall include only those located or having a principal office in Jefferson County. “Local subcontractors” shall include only those located or having a principal office in Jefferson County.
Local labor means employees whose permanent domicile address is within the corporate limits of the City.
Local labor means employees whose permanent home address is within the City's boundaries.
