A Third Partner Network Fault can be identified as an issue within the Third-Party Network (ie DSL port, DSLAM, Backhaul, NBN POI) and/or an issue within the End User Access (ie Spectrum Sharing Service, Unconditional Local Loop Service NBN Fibre network).
Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service:
air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
Provider Service means a Provider’s hosted online services (if any) as described in the Solution Exhibit which is provided by Provider to Customers located in the Territory through remote access via the Internet as part of the BPO Service. A Provider Platform Application shall be considered a Provider Service.
Local Service Provider (LSP) is the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Prepaid wireless telecommunications service means a wireless communications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other nontelecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance, and that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the amount declines with use in a known amount.
Local Service Request (LSR means the form used to input orders to the Local Service Center (LSC) by CLEC, including, but not limited to orders to add, establish, change or disconnect services.

Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
