Local UCC definition

Local UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State in which the Property is located.
Local UCC has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(f).
Local UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Delaware on the date hereof and as amended hereafter.

  • Locational UCAP means unforced capacity that a Member with available uncommitted capacity sells in a bilateral transaction to a Member that previously committed capacity through an RPM Auction but now requires replacement capacity to fulfill its RPM Auction commitment. The Locational UCAP Seller retains responsibility for performance of the resource providing such replacement capacity.

  • Uncertificated Securities Regulations means the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001;

  • General Intangible means any personal property, including things in action, other than accounts, chattel paper, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, documents, goods, instruments, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, letters of credit, money, and oil, gas, or other minerals before extraction.   • Certificated Security shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8-102(a)(4) of the UCC.

  • Pledged Security Entitlements means all security entitlements with respect to the financial assets listed on Schedule 4.7(c) (as such schedule may be amended from time to time) and all other security entitlements of any Grantor.

  • Pledged Items means, as of any date, any and all securities and instruments delivered by the Pledgor to be held by the Collateral Agent under this Collateral Agreement as Collateral, whether Eligible Collateral or Ineligible Collateral.

  • Pledged Investment Property means any investment property of any Grantor, and any distribution of property made on, in respect of or in exchange for the foregoing from time to time, other than any Pledged Stock or Pledged Debt Instruments.
