Applicable UCC definition

Applicable UCC means the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code presently in effect in the jurisdiction in which the relevant UCC Collateral is situated or which otherwise is applicable to the creation or perfection of the Liens described herein or the rights and remedies of Mortgagee under this Mortgage. As used in this Mortgage, the “Uniform Commercial Code” means the Uniform Commercial Code as from time to time in effect in the Deed of Trust State.
Applicable UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as presently in effect in the State or Commonwealth where the Mortgaged Property is located.
Applicable UCC means the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code presently in effect in the jurisdiction in which the relevant UCC Collateral is situated or which otherwise is applicable to the creation or perfection of the Liens described herein or the rights and remedies of Mortgagee under this Mortgage.

  • Unless otherwise defined in the Applicable UCC, each capitalized term used in this Deed of Trust and not defined in this Deed of Trust shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Credit Agreement.

Applicable UCC means the New York UCC, the Uniform Commercial Code as now in effect in the State of Texas (the “Texas UCC”) and/or the Delaware UCC (as defined below), as applicable.
