Pledged Investment Property definition

Pledged Investment Property means any investment property of any Grantor, and any distribution of property made on, in respect of or in exchange for the foregoing from time to time, other than any Pledged Stock or Pledged Debt Instruments.
Pledged Investment Property has the meaning specified in Section 9.01(e)(v).
Pledged Investment Property means the collective reference to (a) all “investment property” as such term is defined in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the UCC and (b) all “financial assets” as such term is defined in Section 8-102(a)(9) of the UCC, other than any Pledged Equity or Pledged Debt Instruments. Pledged Investment Property excludes any Excluded Property.

  • During the continuance of an Event of Default, Agent shall have the right, at any time in its discretion and without notice to the Grantor, to (i) transfer to or to register in its name or in the name of its nominees any Pledged Collateral or any Pledged Investment Property and (ii) exchange any certificate or instrument representing or evidencing any Pledged Collateral or any Pledged Investment Property for certificates or instruments of smaller or larger denominations.

Pledged Investment Property means any investment property of any Grantor, other than any Pledged Stock or Pledged Debt Instruments. Pledged Investment Property excludes any Cash Equivalents that are not held in Controlled Securities Accounts to the extent permitted by Section 7.11 of the Credit Agreement
