London Living Wage Employees definition

London Living Wage Employees means all employees of the Service Provider and employees of any Sub-Contractor who are employed for substantially all of their time:
London Living Wage Employees has the meaning given to it in paragraph 9.6 of Schedule 6 (Equality and Diversity Requirements and the London Living Wage);

Related to London Living Wage Employees

  • London Living Wage means the basic hourly wage set by the Greater London Authority (before tax, other deductions, and any increase for overtime) as may be updated from time to time by the Greater London Authority.

  • Living Wage Employee means any and all employees of the Contractor and all Subcontractors of the Contractor that perform any part of the Work on a property owned by or leased to the City, including all streets, sidewalks and other public rights of way, for at least one consecutive hour, but excluding Students, volunteers and employees of Social Enterprises;

  • Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Technical Employees means those employees having special and specific engineering, geological or other professional skills, and whose primary function in Joint Operations is the handling of specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the Joint Property.

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • New employee orientation means the onboarding process of a newly hired public employee, whether in person, online, or through other means or mediums, in which employees are advised of their employment status, rights, benefits, duties and responsibilities, or any other employment-related matters.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
