Living Wage definition

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time during the Term, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;
Living Wage means the wage rate specified by this chapter.
Living Wage means a wage equal to the levels established in Section 1:815.

Living Wage means the hourly wage established by the Living Wage Certifier from time to time, which, as of the date of execution of the Contract, is $20.62 per hour, which includes: (i) direct wages; and (ii) the value of any non-mandatory benefits such as paid sick leave, employer-paid Medical Services Plan premiums and extended health benefits;
Living Wage means the amount of earned wages needed to enable an individual to meet or exceed his/her liv- ing expenses.

Living Wage means the minimum hourly pay rate with or without a health benefit plan as further described in Section 2-8.9 of the Code of Miami-Dade County and as indexed from year to year.

This provision shall apply to all bid and proposal awards for services which involve CITY expenditures that exceed $100,000.00 per year.
Living Wage means no less than $50.00 PER HOUR (which is subject to increase annually on July 1st to reflect the twelve-month average increase to the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers in the San Francisco-Oakland-San ▇▇▇▇ Metropolitan Statistical Area for the preceding year from May to April, not to exceed three percent (3%) in any one year) including wages and health benefits. If employer contributions for health benefits are not paid on an hourly basis, the employer must demonstrate to the City the hourly value of such benefits in order to receive credit for such payments to covered employees.
