Loss Threshold Incurrence Date definition

Loss Threshold Incurrence Date means the date on which the Borrower has Cumulative Losses (net of recoveries) during the relevant Loss Incurrence Period equal to the greater of $80,000,000 and 5% of the Average Annual Debt Service as of any date of determination thereof.
