Lost Baggage definition

Lost Baggage. Checked Baggage that is not delivered to the Passenger at the time it is claimed or afterwards. It is that baggage that cannot be found after 21 days of search.
Lost Baggage means the baggage of a passenger or crewmember being lost and unaccompanied with the passenger or crewmember from them during a flight.
Lost Baggage. – means a baggage that could not be traced for 21 days from the date of Property Irregularity Report

  • Baggage means luggage, and personal possessions and travel documents; whether owned, borrowed, or rented, taken by the Insured on the Trip.

  • Loss or Damage means any loss or damage to the Vehicle, including that caused by theft of the Vehicle or by adverse weather events, that requires repair or replacement including the loss of use of the Vehicle (demurrage), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, storage, service charges and any appraisal fees of the Vehicle;

  • Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.

  • Accidental Damage means physical damage, breakage or failure of Your Covered Equipment due to an unforeseen and unintentional event occurring either due to handling (e.g., dropping the Covered Equipment or through liquid contact) or due to an external event (e.g., extreme environmental or atmospheric conditions). The damage must affect the functionality of Your Covered Equipment, which includes cracks to the display screen that affect the visibility of the display.

  • Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.

  • Structural damage means a covered building, regardless of the date of its construction, has experienced the following.

  • Plate means the license plate, including renewal decals, if any, issued for a vehicle registered under the plan by the base jurisdiction.

  • Loss of Use means the total and irrecoverable loss of function of an arm, hand, foot, leg or thumb and index finger of the same hand provided such loss of function is continuous for 12 consecutive months and such loss of function is thereafter determined on evidence satisfactory to Chubb Life to be permanent.

  • Electrical Losses means all applicable losses, including the following: (a) any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter(s) and the Delivery Point; and (b) the Distribution Loss Factor, if applicable.

  • Consequential Loss means indirect or consequential loss or damage such as, but not limited to, loss of contract, bargain, expectation, opportunity, profit, production, revenue, anticipated cost reduction or interest payable howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with this Contract.

  • Burglary means the unforeseen and unauthorised entry to or exit from the Insured Premises by aggressive and detectable means with the intent to steal Contents there from.

  • Unchecked Baggage means any baggage (carry-on) accompanying the passenger other than checked baggage.

  • Direct Damage has the meaning given to it in clause 26.2;

  • Cheating means intentionally misrepresenting the source, nature, or other conditions of academic work so as to accrue undeserved credit, or to cooperate with someone else in such misrepresentation. Such misrepresentations may, but need not necessarily, involve the work of others. Cheating includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical Damage means tangible damage to a Property that materially adversely affects the use, marketability, or value of the Property, whether caused by accident or otherwise, including, but not limited to damage caused by reason of fire, destruction of tangible property, defects in construction, land subsidence, earth movement or slippage, flood, earthquake, war, civil insurrection, or riot; and further, Physical Damage includes Environmental Impairment and the destruction or removal of chattel items that are considered part of the Property (see Section I., KK., [Property]) For purposes of this definition "material" shall mean an amount equal to or greater than $1,500.00 such that the estimated cost to repair a Property is $1,500.00 or more before the exclusion set forth in Section III., G., (Physical Damage Exclusion) would apply to exclude coverage for a Loan. The presence of radon gas, lead paint or asbestos in the dwelling on the Property shall not be deemed to be Physical Damage.

  • Boiler means an enclosed fossil or other fuel-fired combustion device used to produce heat and to transfer heat to recirculating water, steam, or other medium.

  • Tugs means dedicated vessels that push or pull other vessels in ports, harbors, and inland waterways (e.g., tugboats and towboats).

  • Adhesive remover means a product designed to remove adhesive from either a specific substrate or a variety of substrates. “Adhesive Remover” does not include products that remove adhesives intended for use on humans or animals.

  • Consequential Damages means Losses claimed to have resulted from any indirect, incidental, reliance, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, multiple or any other Loss, including damages claimed to have resulted from harm to business, loss of anticipated revenues, savings, or profits, or other economic Loss claimed to have been suffered not measured by the prevailing Party’s actual damages, and any other damages typically considered consequential damages under Applicable Law, regardless of whether the Parties knew or had been advised of the possibility that such damages could result in connection with or arising from anything said, omitted, or done hereunder or related hereto, including willful acts or omissions.

  • Damage means actual and/or physical damage to tangible property;

  • Accessories means all fixtures, equipment, systems, machinery, furniture, furnishings, appliances, inventory, goods, building and construction materials, supplies and other articles of personal property, of every kind and character, tangible and intangible (including software embedded therein), now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor, which are now or hereafter attached to or situated in, on or about the Land or Improvements, or used in or necessary to the complete and proper planning, development, use, occupancy or operation thereof, or acquired (whether delivered to the Land or stored elsewhere) for use or installation in or on the Land or Improvements, and all Additions to the foregoing, all of which are hereby declared to be permanent accessions to the Land.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Luggage means any property travelling with a Passenger but excludes any Goods contained in or carried on board a Vessel;

  • Fireworks means display fireworks, pyrotechnic special effects fireworks and consumer fireworks;

  • Cleaning means the act of removing septage or other wastes from a wastewater treatment system component or grease/waste from a grease interceptor.
