Lost Baggage. In the event the Common Carrier never locates the Covered Person’s Checked Baggage, You will be reimbursed for the portion of the replacement cost of lost personal property that is not paid by the Common Carrier or other insurance. The total benefits payable in respect of sub-sections A and B are subject to a maximum of $1,000 per Covered Person per Trip. To activate coverage, use Your Card to pay for the Ticket in full. Coverage will be in force while baggage is in the custody of the Common Carrier.

  • Baggage For the transportation of checked baggage and cargo THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to ten grams of pure gold per kilo of checked baggage or cargo per person, unless a special declaration of value has been made by the sender at the time cargo is of delivered to THE CARRIER and by paying a supplementary fee, if applicable. With respect to items under the Passenger’s custody, THE CARRIER’s liability shall be limited to two hundred grams of pure gold per person for all carry-on items.

  • Lost Time Apprentices are required to serve an additional day for each day of absence during each year of their apprenticeship, except in respect of absences due to annual leave or long service leave.   • Physical Damage Insurance The Servicer shall, in accordance with its customary servicing procedures, require that each Obligor shall have obtained physical damage insurance covering the Financed Equipment as of the execution of the Receivable.

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.
