Lot Layout definition

Lot Layout means a plan view site-sketch suitable for submittal with an application for OWTS. Suitable styles include plan views, plot plan, survey, I.L.C., aerial photographs, and sketches. Approximate scale and the location of proposed OWTS improvements, water supply infrastructure, and other features are required.

Examples of Lot Layout in a sentence

  • Preliminary Lot Layout Plan prepared by a surveyor outlining the lot dimensions and sizes for each proposed lot.

  • Article III of the Subdivision Regulations outline the requirements for a Lot Layout Plan.

  • The Auburn Subdivision Regulations require the submission of a Lot Layout Plan to the Planning Department prior to the submission of the Preliminary Plat for subdivisions resulting in twenty-five (25) or more lots at complete build-out.

  • When a subdivision is proposed to be constructed in phases and the entirety of such phases will result in 25 or more lots, a Lot Layout is required.

  • In addition to all information required for the Lot Layout, the plat shall provide names of adjoining subdivisions; and the names and mailing address of the owners or record of the adjoining parcels of land as they appear on the current tax records in the Office of the Tax Assessor of Lee County.

  • Whenever a subdivision is proposed within the jurisdiction of these regulations, resulting in 25 or more lots at complete build-out, the subdivider or developer shall contact the Planning Department of the City of Auburn and submit a Lot Layout in accordance with these regulations.

  • Five (5) copies of the Lot Layout shall be submitted to the Planning Department.

  • Parking lots shall be designed in accordance with the standards as shown in Figure 4-6, Parking Lot Layout Requirements.

  • The Subdivision Regulations require the submission of a Lot Layout Plan to the Planning Department prior to the submission of the Preliminary Plat for subdivisions resulting in twenty-five (25) or more lots at complete build-out.

  • Lot Layout: Depth eighteen (18) feet, Maneuvering Aisle twenty-four (24) feet.

Related to Lot Layout

  • Layout means a conceptual drawing sufficient to provide for the specified stormwater management facilities required at the time of approval.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • Lot depth Means the horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines. If the front and rear lot lines are not parallel, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the middle of the rear lot line. If there is no rear lot line, “lot depth” means the length of a straight line joining the middle of the front lot line with the apex of the triangle formed by the side lot lines.   • Lot width means the shorter of the following two linear measurements:

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Tight-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that forms a complete seal with the face.

  • Lot Frontage means lot frontage as defined in Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • SCD means current City of Winnipeg Parks Planning Standard Construction Detail Drawings.

  • Plot means two or more lots in which the rights to inter have been sold as a unit.

  • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • stacked townhouse means a building, other than a townhouse or apartment building, containing at least 3 dwelling units, each dwelling unit being separated from the other vertically and/or horizontally, and each dwelling unit having an entrance to grade shared with no more than 3 other units;

  • Lot Size means the number Underlying Assets in one Lot in a CFD.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Impact surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to damage by repeated sudden force such as certain parts of door frames.

  • Lot, Corner means a lot abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • Loose-fitting facepiece means a respiratory inlet covering that is designed to form a partial seal with the face.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.
