Pursuant to the State of Louisiana Gaming Regulations, the Partnership shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to Closing, submit for approval of the Louisiana State Police, Casino Gaming Division (the “Casino Gaming Division”) a plan for the redemption and destruction of all chips, tokens and plaquemines at the Hotel/Casino (both as of the Closing Date and at the conclusion of the redemption period provided in the following paragraph).
