Low Wholesale Value definition

Low Wholesale Value of any Aircraft at any date of determination, the low wholesale value shown in the Aircraft Blue Book Price Digest most recently published prior to such date of determination for aircraft of substantially similar age and with comparable features as such Aircraft.

  • Wholesale acquisition cost means the same as that term is defined in 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1395w-3a.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.

  • Gross Book Value means, at any time, the book value of the assets of the REIT, as shown on its then most recent balance sheet, plus the amount of accumulated depreciation shown thereon.

  • Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.
