LQA Recurring Revenue Leverage Ratio definition

LQA Recurring Revenue Leverage Ratio means, at any date of determination, the ratio of (a) (i) Consolidated Total Funded Indebtedness of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries on such date minus (ii) Unrestricted Cash of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries on such date, to (b) LQA Recurring Revenues of Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of such date.
LQA Recurring Revenue Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt as of such date to (b) LQA Recurring Revenue of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a Pro Forma Basis.

Related to LQA Recurring Revenue Leverage Ratio

  • Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA of the Borrower for such Test Period.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA of the Borrower for such Test Period.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Net Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the most recently completed Measurement Period.

  • Consolidated Total Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Net Debt as of the last day of such Test Period to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Total Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the Test Period as of such date.

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio means, as of any fiscal quarter-end for which it is to be determined, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness as of such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of the four fiscal quarters ending on such date, in each case calculated on a Pro Forma Basis in accordance with Section 1.03(c).

  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Indebtedness on such date to (b) Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four (4) consecutive fiscal quarters ending on or immediately prior to such date.

  • Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of Total Debt on such date to Consolidated EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters most recently ended on or prior to such date.

  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin means Adjusted EBITDA divided by operating revenue;

  • Consolidated Secured Net Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Total Debt as of such date that is then secured by Liens on property or assets of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of any date of determination to (b) EBITDA of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries for the most recently ended Test Period on or prior to such date, in each case with such pro forma adjustments as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Interest Coverage Ratio.”

  • Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA means, for any Computation Period, Consolidated EBITDA for such Computation Period adjusted by giving effect on a pro forma basis to Acquisitions and dispositions completed during such Computation Period.

  • Unencumbered Leverage Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (a) Unsecured Indebtedness, divided by (b) Unencumbered Asset Value.

  • LTM EBITDA means Consolidated EBITDA of the Company measured for the period of the most recent four consecutive fiscal quarters ending prior to the date of such determination for which consolidated financial statements of the Company are available, in each case with such pro forma adjustments giving effect to such Indebtedness, acquisition or Investment, as applicable, since the start of such four quarter period and as are consistent with the pro forma adjustments set forth in the definition of “Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.”
