LTV Level definition

LTV Level means, at any time, the quotient (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the Net Obligations divided by (ii) the Aggregate Collateral Share Value, in each case, at such time.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:
