Share Collateral Value definition

Share Collateral Value means at any time, with respect to any Share Type, the product of (x) the Market Price for such Share Type and (y) the number of Shares of such Share Type that constitute Acceptable Collateral.
Share Collateral Value means, at any time, the aggregate Collateral Value of all Eligible Collateral consisting of Collateral Shares at such time.
Share Collateral Value means, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of the Single Share Collateral Values for the Hilton Shares, the Park Shares and the HGV Shares at such time.

For purposes of this definition, the amount of any contingent liability at any time shall be computed as the amount that, in light of all of the facts and circumstances existing at such time, represents the amount that can reasonably be expected to become an actual or matured liability.
