Luxembourg Pledge Agreement definition

Luxembourg Pledge Agreement means that certain share pledge agreement, dated as of November 25, 2014, by and among GGB, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as pledgor, EnPro Luxembourg Holding Company S.à x.x., a private company (société à responsabilité limitée) governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as the company, and Bank of America, as the pledgee.
Luxembourg Pledge Agreement means the Share Pledge Agreement, dated March 2, 2015, among Rentech WP U.S. Inc., the Administrative Agent, and RTK (Luxembourg) WP S.a.r.l.
