Examples of European Borrower in a sentence

No assets (other than Eligible Accounts) of any Additional European Borrower shall be included in the Additional European Borrowing Base without the consent of the Administrative Agent and each Joint Lead Arranger.
The Swing Line Lender shall furnish the US Borrower or the European Borrower, as applicable, with a copy of the applicable Committed Loan Notice promptly after delivering such notice to the Administrative Agent.

More Definitions of European Borrower

European Borrower has the meaning assigned to that term in the Recitals to this Agreement.
