Luxembourg Share Pledge Agreement definition

Luxembourg Share Pledge Agreement means the charge over shares dated the date hereof between Holdings and the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
