Luxembourg Subsidiary Guarantor definition

Luxembourg Subsidiary Guarantor means any Subsidiary Guarantor that is organized and existing under the laws of Luxembourg.
Luxembourg Subsidiary Guarantor has the meaning set forth in ‎Section 13.07.
