Note Guaranty definition

Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.
Note Guaranty means the Parent Guaranty and each Subsidiary Guaranty.
Note Guaranty means the Guarantee of the Notes pursuant to Article X hereof, which may be evidenced by a notation on the Notes substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

More Definitions of Note Guaranty

Note Guaranty has the meaning specified in the Indenture.
Note Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by each Note Guarantor and the Purchaser Representative for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as supplemented in accordance with the terms of Section 5.12 hereof.
