Maintenance Tax definition

Maintenance Tax means the District’s annual ad valorem maintenance tax pursuant to Section 45.003, Texas Education Code, as amended, for Fiscal Year 2025.
Maintenance Tax means the tax authorized by Section 245.195 of the Missouri Revised Statutes or any other tax or taxes levied by the Levee District for similar purposes.

  • Each Developer Maintenance Payment (whether through payments under Section 2.7(f) or through Conditional Maintenance Tax payments under Section 2.7(g)) shall reduce the Maintenance Account Balance by the corresponding amount.

Related to Maintenance Tax

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Maintenance Charges means the proportionate amount of Common Expenses payable monthly by the Allottee to the Maintenance Agency;
