Major Events definition

Major Events means the list of major regional events described in Attachment 6 to Exhibit 2.
Major Events means any event scheduled at the Stadium of a limited duration. Major Events shall include concerts, music festivals, neutral site college football games and other athletic events, international soccer tournaments, conventions, and other such events. Major Events shall not include the regular season league games of another sports team (other than the Raiders Team or the UNLV Team) which is a tenant of the Stadium. Generally speaking, a Major Event should (i) be significant in size; (ii) have a material positive impact on the region’s tourism industry; or (iii) be of nature that advance booking of more than one-year is required to secure the event. For the avoidance of doubt, should a dispute arise regarding whether a particular event is properly classified as a Major Event, such dispute is a scheduling matter that shall be resolved pursuant to Section 39.29(b).
Major Events means those Events which are designated as Major Events on the Event Schedule (or otherwise indicated as such to the Owners in writing at least forty- eight (48) hours prior to the Event) because of the number of additional people they are expected to bring to the City Springs Project.

Examples of Major Events in a sentence

  • No Major Events or Minor Events shall be held on the Property until such time as all conditions set forth in the BOCC Resolution have been satisfied and the Town has issued a Floodplain Development Permit for the Property.

  • Upon the recording of such an affidavit, no further Major Events, Mid-Tier Events or Minor Events (as those terms are defined in the Keynotes) shall be authorized on the Property until the default has been cured.

  • This Agreement is for a period of two years and shall govern these Major Events held by Planet Bluegrass during 2023 and 2024.

  • The Annexor shall not be permitted to conduct any Major Events or Minor Events, as those terms are defined in the Keynotes, on the Property until such time as CDOT has approved access permits for the Property sufficient to allow for ingress and egress for Major and Mid Tier Events.

  • Additionally, if at any time the Los Angeles Police Department or any state or federal agency involved in providing protection or security for the American public requires or strongly recommends that the VIP Parking Areas be closed for parking during USC Home Football Games or other Special Events or Major Events, the parties shall abide by such requirements or recommendations and such areas shall be closed for use except as permitted by the advising agency.

Major Events. Our student organization will notify the Department of Student Life in advance when it intends to sponsor a Major Event and/or will agree to uphold the parameters of the Major Event Policy for student organization.
Major Events. “Major Event” means an Event with a Projected Attendance greater than 27,500 spectators. Note:2019 max capacity after completion of the Expansion Project will be approximately is approximately 29,000 (for an event with seating on the field) and approximately 25,000 (for soccer). Peregrine will provide an event specific notice to the Neighborhoods for all Major Events.

Major Events means sport and cultural events as being of major importance for the society on an exclusive basis, to be broadcast live or deferred due to the objective reasons, nationwide free and through unencrypted television channels.
