Major Events. The Owner shall provide the Town of Xxxxx with written notice of any proposed "Major Event." The notice shall be provided no less than 120 days prior to the date of commencement of the Major Event. If the major event is repeating from the previous year with no substantial changes, the notice period is reduced to 30 days. The Town Administrator may waive the 120-day advance notice requirement for Major Events but shall notify the BOT of such waiver as soon as practicable.
Major Events. 3.1 In the event that the Facility has a major event which is corporately sponsored and for which exclusivity of advertising or signage has been granted, the League reserves the right to remove or cover the Advertising for a period not to exceed one month. If the Advertising is removed or covered for more than seven (7) consecutive calendar days during the Term, then the Term of the Agreement will be extended for such period that the Advertising is removed or covered, in excess of seven (7) days.
Major Events. As SOPAC hosts a significant number of major events throughout the year the availability of some facilities and/or services will be affected during these times. SOPAC Management reserves the right to alter operating hours during major events and any changes to operating hours will be advertised in advance.
Major Events. Football games at the University of Maryland - typically Saturdays afternoons/evenings or Thursday evenings Provide additional service between Silver Spring Transit Center and College Park Xxxxx Xxxxxxx beginning 3 hours before the start of a University of Maryland football game and ending 90 minutes following the end of the game. Between the Silver Spring Transit Center and College Park Metro stations, provide Peak Period Service for the three hours before the start of the game, ten minute headways during the game until 30 minutes prior to the estimated end time, and Peak Period Service for the remainder of the Special Event Service until 90 minutes following the end of the game. Normal headways shall be provided on all other segments of the Purple Line System. Special Event Service Support Staff are assumed to be provided at the Silver Spring Transit Center Station, College Park Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, and the three stations on the UM campus.
Major Events. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Major External Event” is defined as a ticketed event, for which tickets are offered for sale to the public, featuring a performance external to CSU, at which attendance is anticipated to exceed 12,000 persons. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Major CSU Event” shall mean any event held at the Stadium that is expected to take place (and ultimately does take place) in the Stadium that, based on past experience, advance ticket sales or other reasonably accurate and publicly available information, is reasonably expected to attract 12,000 or more attendees who are primarily CSU students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, or supporters and their respective family members and guests, including but not limited to CSU football games, commencement, or new student orientation. CSU agrees not to hold a Major External Event in the Stadium for the first two calendar years after the Stadium’s substantial completion. Following the initial two-year period, CSU anticipates hosting no more than one (1) Major External Event in the third year, no more than two (2) Major External Events in the fourth year, and no more than three (3) Major External Events in the fifth year. CSU agrees to give the City notice of at least sixty (60) days prior to any Major External Event at the Stadium, and to review each Major External Event with the City, both before and after it occurs. If significant problems are discovered through good faith discussions, CSU agrees to discuss with the City a possible limit on the number or extent of future Major External Events.
Major Events. Forming the showpieces of our great sport. Hosting great events gives world-wide exposure for the UK, provides inspiration for participation, showcases and promotes the UK’s leading athletes and presents an opportunity for legacy projects to provide long-term benefits for the sport. During the last decade, the UK has hosted the: • 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games • 2014 Commonwealth Games • 2016 World Half Marathon Championships • 2017 World and IPC Championships, World and European Indoor Championships • And in 2022 will host the Commonwealth Games. Annually, we host Diamond League events in London and Birmingham showcasing world stars and generating funds to invest in the growth of the sport at all levels. This, alongside an annual programme of major off-track events, reinforces our reputation as a country that is brilliant at delivering global standard events. • Continue to stage and promote world-class events at the Olympic Stadium whilst working to ensure a lasting competition legacy for the Birmingham 2022 stadium. • Where appropriate, work together in partnership to bid to host global athletics and off-track events in the UK. • Work through partnership to ensure that the 2022 games drives a legacy benefit for athletics in Birmingham and across the UK.
Major Events. If a hirer makes booking of 6 hours or more on either a single day or for a hire of 6 hours or more which extends over two consecutive days the hirer is required to pay a deposit of 30% of the anticipated total hire charge. The deposit is not returnable if the hirer cancels the booking within 3 months of the date of the event. If the Hirer wishes to cancel a booking of less than 6 hours before the date of the event and the Village Hall is unable to conclude a replacement booking, the question of the payment or the repayment of the fee shall be at the discretion of the Village Hall. For all bookings the Village Hall reserves the right to cancel a hiring by written notice to the Hirer in the event of:
Major Events. In the event that Big Entertainment either (i) sells the Company (either through a sale of stock, sale of all or substantially all of its assets or tax-free reorganization); or
Major Events. Major Events are those which involve more than 1,000 paid attendees at the Ranch. No standalone Major Events are allowed at the Farm. With respect to Major Events:
(1) The 3,500 crowd size limit in Part 3(B) shall be revised to 4,500 paid attendees.
(2) The "patron days per calendar year" limitation in 1999 Keynote C(3)(a)(iii) shall be eliminated.
(3) The maximum number of Major Events shall be 8 per calendar year and the maximum number of event days shall be 12.
(4) Total campground capacity for Major Events under 1999 Keynotes 4 and 5 shall be increased from 700 to 950.
(5) 2017 Farm Keynote 4 shall be amended to reduce the number of allowed campers from 950 to 700 and to increase the number of allowed vehicles from 150 to 400.
(6) The Town Administrator may waive the 120-day advance notice requirement for Major Events but shall notify the BOT of such waiver as soon as practicable.
(7) Except for the amendments set forth above in this Part C, existing requirements under the 1999 ALU and 1999 Keynotes for conducting Major Events shall continue in full force and effect.
Major Events. No fact or event of any kind whatsoever, apart from as specified in this Agreement, is likely to have a negative effect on the Company's assets, liabilities, business or activities. No fact or event of this type exists which the buyer may not have been informed about and which one could reasonably consider, given the nature or importance thereof, that it would have affected the Buyer's decision to buy the Voting Shares at the agreed price.
