Major Improvement Area Assessment definition

Major Improvement Area Assessment means an Assessment levied against the Major Improvement Area Assessed Property and imposed pursuant to an Assessment Ordinance and the provisions herein, as shown on the Major Improvement Area Assessment Roll, subject to reallocation upon the subdivision of such Parcel or reduction according to the provisions herein and in the PID Act.

Examples of Major Improvement Area Assessment in a sentence

  • The Major Improvement Area Refunding Bonds are being issued to refund the pro rata portion of the 2014 Major Improvement Bonds relating to Phase #2B, Phase #3B, and Phase #4 and are secured by the Assessments shown on the Major Improvement Area Assessment Roll.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);
