The Major Improvement Area Refunding Bonds are being issued to refund the pro rata portion of the 2014 Major Improvement Bonds relating to Phase #2B, Phase #3B, and Phase #4 and are secured by the Assessments shown on the Major Improvement Area Assessment Roll.
If the County, whether acting by and through its Tax Office or otherwise, presents or otherwise tenders to the Trustee such collected Major Improvement Area Assessment Revenue for deposit on the City’s behalf, the Trustee shall accept such Major Improvement Area Assessment Revenue and deposit the same into the MIA Project Collection Fund.
