Major Improvement Area Assessed Property definition

Major Improvement Area Assessed Property means any Parcel within the Major Improvement Area against which a Major Improvement Area Assessment is levied.
Major Improvement Area Assessed Property means, for any year, all Parcels within the PID other than (a) Non-Benefited Property, and (b) Parcels within Improvement Area #1.
