Major Team Member definition

Major Team Member means the Proposer and, solely to the extent the Proposer will not itself perform the Required Project Services in whole or in part, the entity with whom the Proposer will contract for such performance.
Major Team Member means each of the following:Equity Member;if an Equity Member is an investment fund, the fund’s general partner(s);Lead Construction Contractor;Lead Engineering Firm; Nominated Subconsultant (if any); Nominated Subcontractor (if any); andAt least one Independent Quality Firm, that employs the proposed QAM.

Examples of Major Team Member in a sentence

  • If a form required hereunder calls for execution or information concerning a Major Team Member and that Major Team Member is a joint venture, the form must be provided for the joint venture and the individual members of the joint venture; provided, however, that execution of the form, if required, on behalf of the joint venture need only be by an authorized signatory of the joint venture.

  • For any Major Team Member that is a joint venture, include signature by each joint venture member.

  • The description should, at minimum, give an overview of the project, describe the type/sector of transportation infrastructure involved (road, airport, port, rail, bridge or tunnel) explain why the experience the Major Team Member (excluding any Independent Quality Firm) gained on the project is relevant to the Project, highlighting similarities in the maintenance services delivered.

  • The identified Major Team Member must have a minimum 30% of the ultimate responsibility for the relevant maintenance.

  • Include a brief summary of the role such Major Team Member played in the listed project scope of work.

  • List the experience of any Major Team Member (excluding Independent Quality Firms) of routine maintenance, major maintenance or lifecycle management.

  • Multiple pages may be used for the signature blocks of each Major Team Member (as may be required).

  • The Respondent shall make its best efforts to have its proposed Key Personnel and lead representatives of each Major Team Member attend and meaningfully participate in the oral presentation.

  • The Proposer, in order to be deemed eligible for further evaluation, must provide a notarized original of Form C duly executed by the Proposer and each Major Team Member.

  • The foregoing prohibition does not apply to any member of a Proposer team that is not a Major Team Member.

Related to Major Team Member

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.

  • Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program

  • Team Members means the members of the Team, jointly and severally;

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Major development means an individual “development,” as well as multiple developments that individually or collectively result in:

  • county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Participating physician means a physician licensed in Virginia to practice medicine, who practices

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Project Sponsor and “Sponsor” means an Applicant/Co-Applicants who receives a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits and any other person who acquires an ownership interest in any owner of a project which has received a Carryover Allocation of Tax Credits from the Division.

  • Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
